I drove my friend here who is disabled and has no car of his own. As the gps could not locate the street my friend called for directions. We were then giving the wrong directions and as such arrived less than 10 minutes late. There was no one else in the waiting area when we arrived. We were then told that we would have to come back another time because we were late. If the office was busy this might have been expected, but as we sat there no one arrived at all. I spoke up for my friend who was simply going to leave and demanded they see us as no one was here and we were told the wrong directions. We were then told to wait 45 minutes as they were busy. My friend was not late through any fault of his own nor was there a huge wait in the office. I will enclose photos to demonstrate their lack of clients, which is easy to understand why. People skills are certainly lacking.
